What We Build

AUTOMATION ENGINEERED AROUND THE APPLICATION

ASHWAA Engineering designs, builds and integrates industrial automation systems around the complete production requirement — from concept engineering and controls to fabrication, robotic integration, testing and commissioning.

Our Approach

THE RIGHT AUTOMATION STARTS BEFORE THE EQUIPMENT IS SELECTED

Cycle time, part variation, process sequence, machine interfaces, operator interaction, quality requirements, safety, maintenance and future production needs all influence the final automation architecture. ASHWAA evaluates the complete application before defining the system concept.

Our Process

HOW WE DELIVER YOUR PROJECT

A structured engineering process from first conversation to long-term support.

01

Automation Consulting

We begin with your process — understanding the challenge, constraints, cycle time requirements and quality targets before any solution is proposed.

02

Concept Engineering

Our engineers develop solution concepts, evaluate alternatives and produce a concept report covering system layout, cycle-time analysis, technical assumptions and a preliminary implementation scope.

03

Mechanical Design

Detailed 3D mechanical design using SolidWorks — structures, mechanisms, tooling, guarding and all fabricated components.

04

Electrical & Controls Design

Panel schematics, component selection, PLC architecture, safety circuit design and network topology — all engineered before fabrication begins.

05

Fabrication & Panel Build

In-house fabrication of structural frames, machined components and electrical panels. Full control over quality and schedule.

06

PLC & Robot Programming

Software development, robot path programming, HMI development and system integration — all done by our own engineers.

07

Factory Acceptance Test

Full FAT at our facility with your team present. System runs to agreed acceptance criteria before it leaves our workshop.

08

Installation & Commissioning

Site installation, mechanical and electrical commissioning, integration with your production systems and operator training.

09

Site Acceptance Test

SAT against agreed KPIs — cycle time, availability, quality rate and OEE targets — signed off with your production team.

10

Lifecycle Support

Ongoing technical support, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, software updates and system modifications as your process evolves.
